Basic Comparison of LISA with other systems:

  • Sanding roll system, Diamond roll system:
    • They can be used only for flat surface fabric. Both systems create fur at the fabric surface, but normally this fur shall be taken off after washing. It is very hard to obtain level finish from the width direction. The control to check the sanding paper condition is to be done from time to time, which is time consuming.
  • Tumbler system:
    • In case of batch, the time is needed for input and taking out. After taking out, it is needed to have spreading again. Some area is not treated by double/triple fold.
  • Mechanical shocking method, dry or wet, or jet dyeing machine:
    • Same as above. Moreover, quality confirmation is only made when you take out fabric from the machine. Production capacity is limited.

LISA can solve all above problems.
