Navis TubeTex keeps getting better. With a line of innovative enhancements, existing machinery can be improved to produce better quality, productivity, total cost, and overall performance by implementing the latest engineered improvements and breakthrough systems for the whole line of Navis Global finishing machines.

Navis TubeTex is continually designing and refining the art of finishing to make the total system even better and more efficient. Navis TubeTex has designed these affordable enhancements as retrofits to your current machinery.

Pads

  • Motorized Cloth Lifter – An addition to the extensive Padding line. The Motorized Cloth Lifter will pick the wet fabric out of the dye truck to carry it as tensionlessly as possible to the spreader of the Pad. This unit can be added to any existing Padding unit, Single or Double Strand.
  • Torque Compensator – The Torque Compensator will assist the Detwister by removing the twist at the dye truck and reduce the amount of work the turntable must do to open the wet fabric tube at the Pad. This unit can be added to any existing Padding unit, Single or Double Strand.
  • Automatic Detwister – A detwister sensor will sense the twist and activate the turntable and torque compensator in the correct direction to have an untwisted fabric at the pad. This unit can be added to any existing Padding unit, Single or Double Strand.

Dryers

  • Dryer Add-ons – To get more production, an additional chamber can be added to virtually any Navis TubeTex Dryer.
  • Exhaust Humidity Control – This device will monitor the exhaust air and adjust the speed of the exhaust motor to maintain the optimal level of moisture in the exhaust air. Energy cost and production improvement can be achieved.
  • Several Other Electronic Enhancements – Depending on the age and condition, several upgrade are available: DC to AC, PLC Controls, Inverter Drives, etc…

Compactors

  • Liquid Heat Conversions – The addition of Liquid Heating to the compaction station will greatly improve the performance of the Pak Nit II compactor. The electrical heaters are removed and a new Upper T-Bar, Lower T-Bar, small steam heat exchanger, water pump, and piping are added. The whole compaction station is heated with the same liquid at the same temperature with one controller.
  • Series 200 Hardened Steel Shoe Tips – Long-lasting steel shoe tips are more durable and are designed to work together with the Liquid heat conversions.
