The Ultra Dry Relax Conveyor Dryer incorporates the latest design in drying and relaxing, providing the best combination of the two. Relaxation values of over 18% have been achieved. The Ultra Dry Advanced Nozzle Arrangement permits the fabric to bulk and the knitted loop to relax, producing finished fabrics with better hand, more weight and stitches. All Navis TubeTex Dryers have the advanced nozzle, airflow, and thermal properties that do not require the addition of energy costing attachments for shaking or steaming of the knitted structure to optimize residual shrinkage values.

The Ultra III Three Active Pass Dryer carries the fabric without tension between belts. A continuous fabric flow with the entry and exit at each end. Maximum overfeeding is accomplished by overfeeding at two locations. The primary overfeeding is added at the entry on the first pass. The second overfeeding point is at the start of the last pass. The infinitely incremental adjustment of overfeed provides the Ultra III with maximum relaxation and drying at all points on the dryer. Fabric hand is softer and bulkier after the drying operation.
